The hotel rooms were clean, but the bed was not very comfortable, and the location, although offering an upgrade to a Business suite, can be unsafe for women at night. The service from all the staff members was outstanding, while the dining experience included some local delicacies. The hotel features are satisfactory, although some details need attention for a 5-star level.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms could use a little sprucing up as they felt worn and shabby, but they were alright in terms of size. The service was nice overall, though a bit more training for the staff, especially about benefits for Marriott elite members, would be beneficial. The location is a mixed bag - very quiet except during rooftop parties, but far from the city center and with some disappointing views. The dining experience was good overall, especially the omelettes, but limited after 6 pm. There are some facilities available with more needed improvements.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice, spacious, and beautifully decorated, but the bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked, and the room was uncomfortably hot even with the AC on. The staff, however, were fantastic - friendly, kind, and professional. If only the rooms were more comfortable, it would have been perfect.
